Austin & Ally is an American musical comedy created by Kevin Kopelow and Heath Seifert. The series had an episode preview on December 2, 2011 after the premiere of the DCOM Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!. The series premiered 2 days after on December 4, 2011. The final episode aired on January 10, 2016.

Plot[]

The series follows Austin Moon, an overnight internet sensation and Ally Dawson, a talented songwriter with serious stage fright. As they come together while facing fame, school and life along with the help of their friends Trish De La Rosa, a lazy fashionista who quits and gets fired a lot from her jobs and Dez, a slightly dumb and random guy.

Characters[]

Austin Moon (Ross Lynch), an overnight internet sensation who with the help of his partner, will become a pop star. He dates Ally in Season 3.

Ally Dawson (Laura Marano), a songwriter with (former) stage fright. She dates Austin in season 3.

Trish De La Rosa (Raini Rodriguez), a lazy manager to both Austin and Ally.

Dez Wade (Calum Worthy), a funny, random and quirky director who in season 3 is revealed to be the half cousin to basketball star Dwyane Wade.

Sabrina's role[]

Sabrina Carpenter guest-starred in the Season 3 episode "Moon Week & Mentors" as Lucy Gluckman, a nervous and nerdy pre-teen girl originally selected as a joke candidate on America's Top Talent, an American Idol-type show.
